Call (817) 272-2581 or email txltap@uta.edu - The TxLTAP office will refer you to a roadway expert who will provide advice. If needed, a team member will arrange for an onsite visit from the expert who will look at the problem firsthand, offer a solution and provide training on how to properly do the job.
